No cheat codes
Ori and the Blind Forest doesn't have cheat codes. The tips and secrets below are the next best thing.
Play it better
- In the original release you save by spending energy to make a Soul Link. Place one before any hard stretch, but keep enough energy for doors and attacks.
- Bash lets you launch off enemies and projectiles while flinging them away. It's the most important move in the game, so practice it early.
- Put early ability points into the Utility tree for things like extra energy and seeing hidden items on the map.
- Escape sequences have no checkpoints until the end of each section. Learn the route one chunk at a time.
- Charge Flame and Bash can break barriers and redirect projectiles to open walls.
- Grab every Life Cell and Energy Cell you see. Extra health makes the late game far kinder.
