About the game

A third-person action RPG with cooperative and competitive multiplayer elements in which the player enters the kingdom of Boletaria as it is being ravaged by a fog that spawns murderous demons. The player has to hunt down the arch demons situated in five disparate areas within the kingdom and partake in punishing combat to reach the Old One, the vengeful being that brought the fog to Boletaria.

Kit's verdict · 8.9/10Rough-edged and brutal, but the blueprint for a whole genre. Kit · Sadkitty Games

Tips

Play it better

  1. Dying in body form turns you into a soul with half health; use Stone of Ephemeral Eyes to restore it.
  2. World Tendency shifts based on actions in body form, changing enemies and events.
  3. Hoard healing grass early; the game has no Estus flasks.
  4. In the Storm King's world, find the Storm Ruler sword near the boss arena.
  5. Read player messages carefully, but not all of them are helpful.
