Shredder steals the Statue of Liberty and flings the Turtles through time. The SNES version of Konami's arcade brawler added new stages and remains one of the best licensed games ever made.

Loved
- Smooth, punchy co-op brawling
- Cartoon-perfect look and sound
- SNES-only extra stages and bosses
Not so much
- Very short
- Combat gets repetitive solo
Play it if anyone who grew up with the cartoon or wants easy co-op fun.
Skip it if players who want depth from their beat 'em ups.
