Play it better
- Hold R2 for Listen Mode to see enemies through walls by sound; use it before every fight.
- Clickers are blind but instantly kill you up close, so sneak around them or kill them with a shiv.
- Throw bricks and bottles to distract enemies or stun them before a melee hit.
- Save at least one shiv for locked doors; shiv doors usually hide extra supplies.
- Upgrade the shiv skill and weapon holster early; both save your life repeatedly.
- Supplements boost Joel's skills, so sweep side rooms for the pill bottles.
- Stealth kills from behind are almost always better than firefights.
