Plants vs. Zombies
Plants vs. Zombies is a tower defense game in which players protect their suburban home from waves of approaching zombies by placing various plants on a grid-based lawn. Each plant has a unique defensive function, from shooting projectiles to blocking or exploding, while different zombie types require specific strategies to defeat. The game spans five stages across daytime, nighttime, backyard pool, fog, and rooftop settings, with additional puzzle, mini-game, and survival modes.

Near-perfect design: every new plant and zombie teaches you something, and none of it ever feels cheap.Kit · Sadkitty Games

Every Plants vs. Zombies cheat we know
Single-player only. Cheats can turn off achievements and some saves; use them on a spare save.
Play it better
- Fill the first two columns with Sunflowers early; a strong sun economy wins every level.
- Put Wall-nuts in front of your attackers to buy time, and swap to Tall-nuts when pole vaulters show up.
- Plant Lily Pads in the pool lanes before anything else on pool levels, since nothing else can grow on water.
- On roof levels, use Flower Pots and lobbed plants like the Cabbage-pult, because straight shots hit the slope.
- Save instant-kill plants like the Cherry Bomb and Jalapeno for emergencies such as a Gargantuar or a packed lane.
- Upgrade Sunflowers into Twin Sunflowers once you own them to double your sun income.
