You and up to three friends work for a shady Company, scavenging scrap from abandoned moons to meet a rising quota. Proximity voice chat turns every monster encounter into equal parts terror and comedy.

Loved
- Hilarious co-op chaos
- Proximity chat creates unforgettable moments
- Cheap and endlessly replayable
Not so much
- Rough early access edges
- Solo play is much weaker
Play it if friend groups who love screaming and laughing at the same time.
Skip it if solo players or anyone wanting polished, story-driven horror.
Cheats & codes
No cheat codes
Lethal Company doesn't have cheat codes. The tips and secrets below are the next best thing.
Tips
Play it better
- Buy flashlights and walkie-talkies first. Light and communication keep people alive.
- The ship leaves at midnight with or without you, so watch the clock.
- Sell scrap at the Company on the last day of the quota period, when the buying rate is highest.
- Keep eyes on a Coil-head and it can't move. Look away and it lunges.
- Don't stare at a Bracken for long. A quick look makes it back off, but a long stare makes it attack.
- Leave one person on the ship to watch the monitor and call out danger on the radio.

- It launched in early access in October 2023 and became a viral streaming hit within weeks.
