Corvo, the Empress's bodyguard, is framed for her murder and returns as a supernatural assassin in the plague-ridden city of Dunwall. It's an immersive sim where every mission can be cleared with violence, stealth or zero kills at all.

Tips
Play it better
- Upgrade Blink first; it's the best traversal and escape tool in the game.
- Killing a lot raises Chaos, which brings more rats, more guards and a darker ending.
- Every assassination target has a non-lethal alternative, usually found by eavesdropping or doing a side task.
- Use the Heart to find runes and bone charms, which upgrade your powers and passives.
- Sleep darts and choke-holds knock out enemies; hide the bodies where guards won't find them.
- Rooftops and sewer pipes almost always offer a quieter route than the street.
