No cheat codes
Candy Crush Saga doesn't have cheat codes. The tips and secrets below are the next best thing.
Play it better
- Match four in a line for a striped candy, five in an L or T for a wrapped candy, and five in a straight line for a colour bomb.
- Combine specials rather than firing them alone: striped plus wrapped clears a giant cross, and colour bomb plus striped turns every candy of that colour into a striped one.
- Two colour bombs swapped together clear the entire board, which is the best move in the game.
- Make matches near the bottom of the board where possible, because falling candies create free cascades.
- Read the level goal before your first move; clearing jelly, dropping ingredients and hitting a score target all need different plans.
- Leftover moves turn into specials in the end-of-level Sugar Crush, so finishing early boosts your score.
