Cheats & codes
No cheat codes
Dr. Mario doesn't have cheat codes. The tips and secrets below are the next best thing.
Tips
Play it better
- Line up four of one colour vertically or horizontally to clear them; viruses count toward the four.
- Set up chains so clearing one group makes loose pill halves fall into another match.
- Don't stack pills too high near the narrow bottle neck, because that's how you top out.
- In versus mode, chains send junk pills to your opponent, so plan combos.
- Higher speed settings give more points per virus.
