Tips & secrets
About the game

Two riders share each kart, one driving and one throwing items, and you can swap them at any time. It's the most unusual Mario Kart and a great couch party game.

Kit's verdict · 7.8/10The quirky co-op Mario Kart, great with a friend on your kart. Kit · Sadkitty Games

Loved

  • Two-rider teamwork is unique
  • Special items for each character
  • Fun local multiplayer

Not so much

  • Fewer tracks than later games
  • Items can be chaotic and unfair

Play it if anyone with a friend to share a kart with.

Skip it if solo players who want online racing.
