Play it better
- Hold both shoulder buttons with shoot for a Power Shot, but only when you have a clear look at goal; it takes longer to wind up.
- Use jockey instead of sprinting at the attacker, and press the tackle button only when the ball is loose from his feet.
- Set custom tactics before kick-off so your team presses and holds its shape the way you want.
- In Career mode, scout young players with high potential early and develop them instead of spending big.
- Rotate tired players; pressing all match drains stamina and slows your team late on.
- Learn one reliable corner and free-kick routine; set pieces are cheap goals against the computer.
